Casual Training Facilitators – Disability Inclusion Training and Raising the Bar Project
We are looking for Training Facilitators to conduct Disability Inclusion Training and Raising the Bar sessions in South Australia for schools, state and local governments, community centres, and sporting/arts/recreation organisations.
Your role will be to provide recipients with a greater understanding of access and inclusion for the disability community.
Working in pairs, you will be responsible for delivering each training session, which can range from 2.5 to 6 hours in duration, either in-person or online.
The training suite has been co-designed by Purple Orange with people living with disability and other relevant stakeholders. We encourage you to share your personal disability-related experiences during the training.
As a Training Facilitator, you will receive training to familiarise yourself with the training suite and enhance your presentation skills.
This is a 12-month project initially, but there is potential for extension.

Social Media and Digital Communications Officer
We're looking for a Social Media and Digital Communications Officer to join our newly formed Marketing and Communications team!
Your role will be to provide high-quality, integrated, and meaningful social media and digital communications support, with a particular focus on the work of Inhousing and Stretchy Tech. This involves sharing key ideas from our research and policy work in a way that's simple for people to understand. You will also contribute to our growing library of media work which includes videos, podcasts and written stories to tell the stories of people living with disability and their allies.

Policy and Research Officer
Want to make a real contribution to supporting the independence, power, choice and control of people living with disability?
Have you had success leading policy work or projects that have influenced positive change?
We're expanding our capacity to contribute to policy and practice at the state and Commonwealth levels. Join us as a Policy & Research Officer - you'll work as part of a small team and contribute to particular policy themes and nominated projects.

Project Officer (Road to Employment)
We are looking for experienced project officers with outstanding stakeholder engagement skills to join and lead our small team.
The Road to Employment (R2E) project is an innovative project addressing system gaps and attitudinal barriers impacting on employment opportunities and outcomes for people living with a disability.
Working primarily with employers and taking an industry approach to change, you will ensure program deliverables are met while focussing on best practice approaches and contribution to sector wide change.

The Julia Farr group comprises 3 entities, working across policy, research, advocacy, capacity-building, housing, and grant making to advance the life chances of people living with disability.
